1. Nature of the Services

Abhita Land Solutions Private Limited (the “Company”) operates the Abhita Verification Portal as a purely digital, software as a service business-to-business platform, through which registered Clients avail of identity, document and background verification Services that are generated, delivered and consumed entirely in electronic form.

2. No Physical Goods and No Shipping

The Company does not manufacture, sell, stock or dispatch any physical product, and no aspect of the Services involves the packing, shipping, courier despatch or physical delivery of any tangible good to a Client or to any third party. Consequently, this Shipping Policy records, for the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of complete transparency towards Clients, prospective Clients and the Company’s payment aggregator, that no shipping charge, shipping method, shipping restriction, or estimated delivery timeline of the nature ordinarily applicable to an e-commerce enterprise dealing in physical goods is applicable to, or shall ever be levied by, the Company.

3. Mode of Delivery of Services

Every Service availed of by a Client is delivered electronically and instantaneously through the Client’s secure, authenticated dashboard upon the Abhita Verification Portal. Upon successful completion of a verification request, the resultant verification report is generated in portable document format and is made immediately available for download by the Client through such dashboard, without any requirement of physical despatch, courier, or postal transmission of any kind. No separate delivery charge, whether described as a shipping charge, handling charge, or by any similar description, is levied in connection with the delivery of any Service.

4. Geographic Availability

The Services are offered to business entities registered and operating within the territory of India, and are accessible over the internet from any location with adequate internet connectivity, without geographic restriction of the nature applicable to physical shipment. This clause does not derogate from the Company’s right, set out in the Terms and Conditions, to restrict or decline registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.
